General Information
The College's location in Sydney, Australia, places it in the perfect position to serve its affiliated churches and partner colleges, throughout the Pacific, Indonesia and Australia.
Courses are developed as a result of close consultation with affiliated churches, and therefore meet needs that are specific to the cultures and contexts of the region. Sydney is the most accessible place in the region, has large migrant cultural communities closely related to the nations of the region, and has vast human resources that can provide a wide range of expert lecturers. It specializes in providing non-formal education, that is very practical, and transforms lives and ministries.
Our courses are high quality intensives that are culturally sensitive and have practical components.
Training nationals for national mission is the most effective way of providing training for mission. All leaders need offshore training, and emerging leaders who have come to experience our training have returned to exercise wider influence and have been able to accept greater responsibility and display greater confidence in ministry. Therefore we are committed to meeting the genuine offshore training needs of churches in the Pacific.
While you are here at the College you will be welcomed into the international community and sometimes students visit family and friends at the weekend and/or attend worship in a local church.
The College also runs a hostel for individuals and groups staying in Sydney.
